Bill's Comments

This film was put together by the guys that brought us "Fargo" which tells you it's probably something "unusual". Throw in Billy Bob Thornton, James Gandolfini, and Frances McDormand and you have enough acting talent to keep your attention. It's in Black & White and is very low key. Billy Bob narrates his way through the picture and it is all very well done. It's a well crafted production with an interesting story, right up to the ending. I didn't care for the ending, but what do I know. This film will probably get some mention at Oscar time, so you will probably want to see it to know what they are talking about. You may or may not like it -- I'm still not sure about my feelings --- but I'm glad I saw it and you probably will be too.
