I guess they do save most of the better movies until the end of the year so they will be fresh in people's minds when voting for Oscars. The critics are saying that this movie is too sappy and patriotic. I'm sorry, I like that kind of stuff! Jim Carrey is very good in this movie and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I think that you will like it too.
