My first exposure to this had my attention like the first time I saw a Television. From the moment I saw it I wanted to know how it worked and how to do it. I can't say i went after it like it was my life long dream, for that was five years ago, and I am just now beggining to learn it.

Computers
Hardware, software, etc..I love computers as a whole, and knowing how everything works is one of my goals, for I already am close to finishing that one.

Car mechanics
I absolutely love car mechanics, being as how I have a truck, I should call it truck mechanics. Being part of the online group for Dakota R/Ts and being on the National Board for the Club, I find myself overwhelmed sometimes with the information...I just relax and take it all in. I am amazed at what I have learned and knowing that I can apply it.

Graphics & Photography
I guess I can blame high school for this one. I learned it for photography, we were begining to use the computer program Adobe Photoshop for manipulation and even starting from scratch. it was difficult at first, but an ease now, and boy is it fun.

Home/Car Audio
Probably one of the most exciting things I learned. I do all of my friends cars and trucks, and I even helped them do there rooms. I love home and car audio, I think for me it's the putting it all together and finnaly turning it on I love.

Goal-Orientaed Learning
All through High School, they taught us the same thing in history for 3 years, then finnaly in my senior year, I had the best history teacher you'll ever have. Mr. Koolman. He taught us with a goal in mind. he never taught us something we weren't going to use in his class in the future, and he was great at it. From that point forward, I have always payed much more attention to things that are goal-Orientaed. If Learning something to apply later is the goal of the class, then I'm paying attention!

Percussion - Drums, Set Playing
Playing in band for almost three years, then finally my junior high school teacher bought a set for the band. It was time to rock. Playing set to songs like Louie, Louie and Hang on sloopy, it was an immidiate love. I now play with the likes of Dave Mathews Band, Metallica and James Taylor, all sorts of music. Of corse, I only play with them using head phones, but it's still plenty of fun. I recently sold my set for some cash. I am now looking into another set, which was in the plans anyways.

Anime
Animated Video. Mostly from Japan. It all started with the regulars...He-Man, GI Joe, Transformers, Go-Bots, Mask, Silver-Hawks, Voltron. All the greats, then I saw one glimpse of an Anime called Ghost in the Shell. it was breath taking, the animation was like like and at times, super natural. These videos are so entertaining. If you haven't seen an Anime before, I recommend Ghost in the Shell, and if you can stomach wierd movies, check out Akira, as it is voted the all time best Anime. Some others are Escaflowne and Ninja Scroll.

Quantum Physics
If only I had the time. If you have the time and the money. Go out and buy Micheal Critons, TIMELINE, it's on Audio CD and Tape, so you can listen to it to anf from work. In this book is the first pace I had ever really gotten a good exposure to Quantum Physics. Granted, it's a book, a story..but it's got some great insight into Quantum Physics. if Ionly had the time, I would have gone for Cal Poly and learned more about Quantum Physics.
