Was chosen one of 16 people from all Raley's employees throughout the company to live in Las Vegas for six weeks, to ensure the completion and instillation of new hardware and check stands for 21 new stores. This included hooking up computers, installing software, running cables, putting together the server room and working well with other groups of people |

Implemented new ideas and training techniques in the Head Clerk, and Management positions. Helped push a customer service attitude to the Courtesy Clerks; supported their decisions, but showed them individually how they could excel in their own way, making them a happier worker, and more energized for the store. This brought a new face to the storefront, and with it a smile; changing attitudes was my decision when I started |
